摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记高度重视妇女发展,科学回答了新时代妇女发展的价值、目标、实践路径等主要问题。从价值维度看,习近平强调重视妇女发展是我们党的优良传统和政治优势,是实现中华民族伟大复兴的必然要求,也是充分发挥妇女“两个独特作用”的前提条件。从目标维度看,习近平勉励广大妇女坚定听党话、跟党走的信念信心,自觉肩负社会主义家庭文明新风尚的建设重任,通过艰苦奋斗实现人生价值。从实践维度看,习近平强调从健全体制机制、强化组织保障、优化社会环境、巩固思想基础四个方面着手做好妇女工作,为新时代妇女发展提供了行动指南。Since the 18th Party Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to women's development.From the perspective of value,Xi Jinping emphasized that attaching importance to the development of women is the fine tradition and political superiority of the Chinese Communist Party,the inevitable requirement for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and the precondition to give full play to the"two unique roles"of women.From the perspective of goal,Xi Jinping encouraged women to firmly follow the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party,proactively shoulder the responsibility of building the new fashion of socialist family civilization and realize their life value through arduous struggle.From the perspective of practice,Xi Jinping emphasized that women's work should be done from the four aspects:improving institutions and mechanism,strengthening organizational guarantee,optimizing the social environment,and consolidating ideological foundations,and providing the guidance for the development of women in the new era.
