摘　　要：牙周炎是以牙周组织炎症和牙槽骨吸收为主要特征的慢性感染性疾病。血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)是一种急性期反应蛋白,在机体受到感染、创伤、炎症等刺激后,血清SAA水平迅速升高,发挥免疫调节作用。近年来,对SAA的基因调控、蛋白结构及生物学功能的研究逐渐深入,发现SAA通过调节炎症介质的释放和免疫细胞的功能,促进破骨细胞分化及骨吸收,与牙周炎的发生发展密切相关。本文就SAA的分类、结构、功能及其在牙周炎中的作用机制研究进展做一综述,以期为牙周炎发生发展机制研究和牙周炎防治策略提供新线索。Periodontitis is a chronic inflammatory disease characterized by periodontal tissue inflammation and alveo‐lar bone resorption.Serum amyloid A(SAA)is a kind of acute phase reactive protein.The level of SAA increases rapidly after the body is stimulated by infection,trauma,inflammation,and so on.Recent research has analyzed the gene regula‐tion,protein structure,and biological functions of SAA,revealing that SAA promotes osteoclast differentiation and bone resorption by modulating the release of inflammatory mediators and the function of immune cells.These findings suggest that SAA is closely linked to the occurrence and progression of periodontitis.Therefore,reviews on the classification,structure,function,and roles of SAA in the pathogenesis of periodontitis are crucial to provide new clues to the pathogene-sis,prevention,and treatment of periodontitis.
