摘  要:为得到煤屑微观结构分形维数与煤层瓦斯压力的对应关系,以便高效便捷测定煤层瓦斯压力,采用自行研制的煤层钻进模拟实验系统开展吸附平衡压力对钻屑分形特征影响的实验。结果表明:随着吸附平衡压力的增大,钻屑的周长径、面积径、长径和短径的不均匀系数均下降且周长径最大,随后依次为长径、短径,面积径最小;随着吸附平衡压力的增大,钻屑粒径分布范围逐渐变窄,粒径分布更加均匀,且粒径向更小粒径集中;钻屑分形维数与吸附平衡压力呈现良好的线性负相关关系。在实际工况中利用激光粒度分析仪和盒计数法计算钻屑分形维数即可快速准确预测煤层瓦斯压力。This work is aimed to establish a correlation between the fractal dimension of the microstructure of coal shavings and the pressure of coal seam gas,and to develop an efficient and convenient method for measuring the pressure of coal seam gas.The self-developed coal seam drilling simulation experiment system was employed to investigate the impact of adsorption equilibrium pressure on the fractal characteristics of drilling cuttings.The findings indicate that as the adsorption equilibrium pressure increases,the non-uniformity coefficients of the perimeter diameter,area diameter,long diameter and short diameter of drilling cuttings exhibit a decline.The perimeter diameter is the largest,followed by the long diameter and short diameter,and the area diameter is the smallest.As the adsorption equilibrium pressure increases,the particle size distribution range of drilling cuttings gradually narrows,resulting in a more uniform particle size distribution and a concentration of particles into a smaller size range.A linear negative correlation exists between the fractal dimension of drilling cuttings and the adsorption equilibrium pressure.In practical working settings,the use of a laser particle size analyzer and the box counting method to determine the fractal dimension of drilling cuttings allows for rapid and precise estimation of gas pressure within a coal seam.
