摘  要:为了提升职业卫生工程专业的人才培养质量,基于职业健康的重要性以及国家对生命健康的重视,以华北科技学院职业卫生工程专业为例,介绍学校在人才培养目标确立、人才培养方案制定、课程体系构建、实践教学体系完善、师资队伍建设和学生管理等方面的探索与实践,提出通过多学科交叉的教学方式,培养具备职业病预防、职业危害控制和应急处置能力的复合型人才。结果表明:通过一系列实践探索,在学生科研参与、竞赛获奖、就业率和企业满意度等方面均取得了显著成效,为学校持续培养符合社会需求的职业卫生工程专业应用型人才奠定了基础。In order to improve the quality of the talent cultivation in the field of the occupational health engineering,based on the importance of the occupational health and the country’s emphasis on life and health,the occupational health engineering major of North China University of Science and Technology was taken as an example,the school’s exploration and practice in establishing talent cultivation goals,formulating talent cultivation plans,constructing curriculum systems,improving practical teaching systems,building faculty teams,and student management were introduced.It was proposed to establish a cultivation model for cultivating composite talents with occupational disease prevention,occupational hazard control,and emergency response capabilities through interdisciplinary teaching methods.The results show that through a series of practical explorations,significant achievements have been made in student’s scientific research participation,competition awards,employment rate,and enterprise satisfaction,laying the foundation for the school to continuously cultivate applied talents meeting social needs in occupational health engineering.
