摘　　要：研究生培养质量对于研究生教育而言具有生命线的意义,而且研究生培养质量是推动高校建设和发展的重要因素之一。保障并提高农林院校研究生的培养质量,成为高校对国家、社会和青年学生应尽的责任。仲恺农业工程学院在借鉴已有成果的基础上,以提高全日制农林院校研究生教育质量为目标,从招生选拔动员机制、导师遴选、奖助制度、过程管理和申述奖惩评判制度等方面,探索和实践研究生教育管理制度,妥善解决在教育教学中产生的矛盾和问题,营造宽松自由、公平公正的学术环境,激发师生创新成果的涌现,提高研究生创新能力和学术水平。The quality of graduate education has a lifeline significance for graduate education,and the quality of graduate education is one of the important factors in promoting the construction and development of universities.Ensuring and improving the quality of graduate education in agricultural and forestry universities has become the responsibility of universities to the country,society,and young students.On the basis of drawing on existing achievements,Zhongkai Agricultural Engineering College aims to improve the quality of graduate education in full-time agricultural and forestry colleges.From the aspects of enrollment mobilization mechanism,mentor selection,award and assistance system,process management,and appeal reward and punishment evaluation system,this paper explores and practices the management system of graduate education,properly solves contradictions and problems in education and teaching,and creates a relaxed,free,fair and just academic environment to stimulate the emergence of innovative achievements among teachers and students and improve the innovation ability and academic level of graduate students.
