摘　　要：高校党的建设和课程思政建设是落实立德树人根本目标和构建“大思政”格局的关键举措,二者具有高度的一致性、耦合性和契合度。相关研究成果丰硕,但仍缺乏基于特定学科视角的意义论证和实践探索。首先,该文论述高校党建引领外语课程思政建设的重要意义。其次,基于某校外国语学院大学外语部党支部的顶层设计方案,从思想建设、组织建设、制度建设三个层面提出党建引领课程思政建设的总体思路。最后,以党支部开展的教学实践和拓展活动为例,从“点、线、面”三个维度提出高校党建引领外语课程思政建设的具体举措。The Party building in colleges and universities and the integration of ideological and political education in curriculums are key measures to implement the fundamental goal of moral education and to construct a comprehensive ideological and political education system.They share a high degree of consistency,compatibility,and congruency.Although relevant research achievements are abundant,there is still a lack of significance demonstration and practical exploration based on specific disciplinary perspectives.First,this paper discusses the significance of leading the ideological and political education in foreign language courses through the Party building in colleges and universities.Second,based on the top-level design plan,this paper proposes an overall approach to leading the ideological and political education in courses through party building from three aspects:ideological construction,organizational construction,and institutional construction.Finally,taking the teaching practices and extension activities carried out by the Party branch as examples,this paper proposes specific measures from three dimensions:points,lines,and planes.
