摘 要:为探究本科生的满意度对其学业成就的影响及其作用机制,构建以学业参与为中介的满意度与学业成就关系的假设模型,采用问卷调查法对西部某高校4696名本科生进行了问卷调查。发现被调查高校本科生的满意度、学业成就和学业参与和全国常模相当,无统计学上显著性差异。其中满意度与学业参与及学业成就呈显著正向相关,学业参与在学生满意度和学业成就之间起部分中介作用。这一发现表明高校在提升本科生学业成就时,应重视满意度与学业参与度的提升,从而形成良性循环,提高整体教育质量。In order to clarify the impact and mechanism of undergraduate learning satisfaction on their academic achievement,a hypothetical model was constructed to investigate the relationship between learning satisfaction and undergraduate academic achieve⁃ment mediated by academic participation.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 4696 undergraduate students from a university in western China.The results showed that the satisfaction,academic achievement,and academic participation of undergraduate stu⁃dents in the surveyed universities were comparable to the national norm,with no significant differences.Undergraduate satisfaction was significantly positively correlated with academic participation and achievement.Academic participation partially mediated the re⁃lationship between student satisfaction and academic achievement.This discovery indicates that colleges and universities should pay attention to the improvement of student satisfaction and academic participation when enhancing students’academic achievements,so as to form a virtuous cycle and improve the overall quality of education.
