增免方辅助乳腺癌术后化疗效果及对患者淋巴细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：目的探究增免方辅助乳腺癌术后化疗的效果及对患者淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法选取2021年12月至2022年12月于萍乡市人民医院接受治疗的60例乳腺癌术后患者作为研究对象,依据治疗方式不同分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。对照组采用乳腺癌术后AC-T方案化疗,治疗组采用增免方辅助AC-T方案化疗。比较两组临床疗效、卡氏功能状态(Karnofsky performance status,KPS)评分等级、治疗前后免疫功能指标、化疗不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组KPS评分等级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD19^(+)、NK细胞水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于治疗前,CD8^(+)水平均低于治疗前,且治疗组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD19^(+)、NK细胞水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组白细胞减少严重程度比较差异无统计学意义;治疗组中性粒细胞减少、血红蛋白降低、肌酐升高、血尿、恶心呕吐、谷丙转氨酶升高严重程度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论增免方辅助AC-T方案化疗可有效提高乳腺癌患者术后的疗效,调节机体细胞免疫功能,改善患者生命质量,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the effect of Zengmian recipe assisted with postoperative chemotherapy of breast cancer and its influence on lymphocyte subsets of patients.Methods 60 postoperative patients with breast cancer were treated in Pingxiang People's Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with AC-T chemotherapy only,and the treatment group was treated with Zengmian recipe assisted with AC-T chemotherapy.The clinical efficacy,Karnofsky performance status(KPS)score,immune function indexes before and after treatment,and adverse reactions of chemotherapy were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The KPS score level in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD19^(+),NK cells levels and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and CD8^(+)level was lower than before treatment,and the CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD19^(+),NK cells levels and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,CD8^(+)level was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the severity of leukopenia between the two groups;the severity of neutropenia,decreased hemoglobin,increased creatinine,hematuria,nausea and vomiting,glutamic-pyruvic transaminase in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zengmian recipe assisted with AC-T regimen chemotherapy can effectively improve the postoperative curative effect of breast cancer patients,and regulat
