宫颈癌患者应用洛铂同期放疗的增敏效果

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈癌患者应用洛铂同期放疗的增敏效果。方法选取2020年7月至2022年8月赣州市妇幼保健院收治的72例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组和研究组,各36例。两组均接受根治性放疗,期间对照组给予顺铂增敏化疗,研究组给予洛铂增敏化疗。比较两组临床疗效、免疫功能指标(CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))及肿瘤标记物[癌胚抗原(carcinoembryonic antigen,CEA)、糖类抗原125(carbohydrate antigen 125,CA125)、鳞状细胞癌抗原(squamous cell carcinoma antigen,SCCA)]水平。结果两组治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后,两组CD4^(+)水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于治疗前,CD8^(+)水平低于治疗前,且研究组CD4^(+)水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CEA、CA125、SCCA水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论洛铂对宫颈癌患者同期放疗的增敏效果与顺铂相当,但能显著提高患者免疫功能并降低肿瘤标记物水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the sensitization effect of loplatin on concurrent radiotherapy of cervical cancer patients.Methods 72 patients with cervical cancer admitted to Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from July 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the study group according to the different treatment methods,with 36 cases in each group.Both groups received radical radiotherapy,during the period,the control group received cisplatin sensitized chemotherapy and the study group received loplatin sensitized chemotherapy,the clinical efficacy,immune function indexes(CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))and tumor markers(carcinoembryonic antigen[CEA],carbohydrate antigen 125[CA125],squamous cell carcinoma antigen[SCCA])levels were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups.After treatment,CD4^(+)level and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,CD8^(+)level was lower than that before treatment,CD4^(+)level and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the study group were higher thanthose in the control group,and CD8^(+)level was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CEA,CA125 and SCCA levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and CEA,the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Loplatin has the same sensitizing effect as cisplatin in the concurrent radiotherapy of cervical cancer patients,but it can significantly improve the immune function of patients and reduce the level of tumor markers,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
