摘 要:目的探究高危人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)与宫颈细胞DNA联合阴道镜活检在女性宫颈鳞状上皮内病变(squamous intraepithelial lesion,SIL)中的应用价值。方法选取2021年6月至2023年1月于临川区人民医院经组织病理检查确诊为SIL的80例患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行高危HPV、宫颈细胞DNA及阴道镜活检。以组织病理检查结果为金标准,分析3种方法联合检测在女性SIL中的诊断价值。结果高危HPV、宫颈细胞DNA、阴道镜活检及联合检测结果整体比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合检测阳性率高于宫颈细胞DNA单独检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高危HPV、宫颈细胞DNA、阴道镜活检及联合检测LSIL阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HSIL、SCC阳性率比较差异无统计学意义。联合检测LSIL阳性率高于宫颈细胞DNA检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余两两比较差异无统计学意义。结论高危HPV与宫颈细胞DNA联合阴道镜活检在女性宫颈鳞状上皮内病变中的应用价值较高,可提高临床检出率。Objective To explore the application value of high-risk human papilloma virus(HPV)and cervical cell DNA combined with colposcopy biopsy in female cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion(SIL).Methods A lot of 80 patients with SIL diagnosed by histopathological examination in Linchuan District People's Hospital from June 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects,all patients underwent high-risk HPV,cervical cell DNA and colposcopy biopsy.The diagnostic value of combined detection of three methods in female SIL was analyzed with histopathological examination results as the gold standard.Results There were statistically significant difference in comparison of high-risk HPV,cervical cell DNA,colposcopic biopsy and combined test results(P<0.05);The positive rate of combined detection was higher than that of single detection of cervical cell DNA,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant difference in the positive rate of the LSIL high-risk HPV,cervical cell DNA,colposcopic biopsy and combined detection(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the positive rates of HSIL and SCC.The positive rate of LSIL detected by combined detection was higher than that by cervical cell DNA detection,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of high-risk HPV combined with cervical cell DNA combined with colposcopy biopsy in female cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions is high,which can improve the clinical detection rate.
