吐温80对甲硝唑氯己定含漱液中薄荷脑的增溶作用研究

摘　　要：为解决薄荷脑在甲硝唑氯己定含漱液中溶解度低、口感差的问题。将适量的吐温80和薄荷脑混合研磨均匀,加入适量乙醇,待三者混匀后分散在水中。现有工艺处理后的甲硝唑氯己定含漱液没有薄荷脑析出,气相色谱检测薄荷脑含量明显高于原工艺薄荷脑含量,口感有改善,吐温80对甲硝唑氯己定含漱液中薄荷脑有增溶作用。To solve the problems of low solubility of menthol in metronidazole chlorhexidine gargle and poor mouthfeel of metronidazole ch-lorhexidine gargle.Tween 80 and menthol were mixed and ground evenly.Ethanol was added to the mixture and dispersed in water.No menthol pre-cipitation was found in the prepared metronidazole chlorhexidine gargle.The content of menthol in the improved process was significantly higher than that in the original process and the taste was improved.Tween 80 can solubilize menthol in metronidazole chlorhexidine gargle.
