计及分布式光伏接入的接地故障选线方法研究

摘  要:分布式光伏因具有清洁、高效等优良特性而获得快速发展,但分布式光伏接入后会进一步增加配电网接地故障特征的复杂度。针对分布式光伏接入后配电网接地故障选线困难的问题,在分析分布式光伏接入对配电网接地故障特征影响的基础上,提出基于S变换暂态特征量、电流突变量五次谐波分量稳态特征量和逆变器注入信号的多元融合接地故障选线方法。建立含分布式光伏接入的配电网接地故障仿真模型,通过分布式光伏不同并网容量、三相不对称度和故障过渡电阻下的选线比较分析,验证了所提方法的有效性和优越性。Distributed photovoltaic develops rapidly because of its clean and efficient characteristics,but the distributed photovoltaic may increase the complexity of distribution network grounding fault characteristics.In view of the difficult problem of distribution network grounding fault line selection after distributed photovoltaic access,based on the analysis of the influence of distributed photovoltaic access on distribution network grounding fault characteristics,a multi-component fusion grounding fault line selection method based on S transform transient characteristic quantity,current increment fifth harmonic component steady-state characteristic quantity and inverter injection signal is proposed.A grounding fault simulation model of distribution network with distributed photovoltaic access is established,and through the comparison and analysis of line selection of distributed photovoltaic with different grid-connected capacity,three-phase asymmetry and fault transition resistance,the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method are verified.
