摘  要:对于配电网低压侧,无功补偿的优化主要采用随机并行梯度下降算法进行求解,但这容易陷入局部最优,使实施优化后的无功补偿方案后,台区网损依旧较高。因此,提出一种结合启发式算法的优化方法。运用潮流多解法进行静态电压稳定分析,并定义配电网低压侧无功平衡策略。以最小台区网损为目标,构建无功补偿分散配置自适应优化模型。采用以灵敏度为核心的启发式算法、伪并行粒子群优化算法进行二阶段自适应优化求解,生成最优的无功补偿分散配置方案。结合补偿容量需求和单个补偿装置的最大容量约束,进一步更新补偿方案。实验结果显示,应用所提方法后的低压侧台区网损仅为12.01 kW,相比优化前得到了明显降低。For the low-voltage side of distribution network,the optimization of reactive compensation is mainly solved by the stochastic parallel gradient descent algorithm,but it is easy to fall into the local optimum,resulting in high network losses in the substation area after the optimized reactive compensation scheme is implemented.Therefore,the optimization method combined with heuristic algorithm is proposed.The static voltage stability analysis is carried out by the power flow multi-solution method and the reactive balance strategy at the low-voltage side of distribution network is defined.The adaptive optimization model of reactive compensation decentralized configuration is constructed with the goal of minimizing the network loss in the substation area.The heuristic algorithm with sensitivity as the core and the pseudo parallel particle swarm optimization algorithm are used to carry out two-stage adaptive optimization and generate the optimal reactive compensation decentralized configuration scheme.The compensation scheme is further updated by combining the compensation capacity demand and the maximum capacity constraint of a single compensation device.The experimental results show that after the application of the proposed method,the network loss at the low-voltage side in the substation area is only 12.01 kW,which is significantly lower than that before optimization.
