摘 要:在设计电力应急指挥调度系统时,目前方法存在响应效率低、信息融合能力差、并发性能差和延时高的问题,因此引入多元信息融合方法设计了一种新的电力应急指挥调度系统,对系统的硬件和软件进行优化设计。硬件结构设计了用户登录模块、资源信息模块、事件预警模块、物资查询模块、维修检测模块和调度衔接模块,六个功能模块协调配合工作,增强电力多元信息融合效果。软件部分通过用户登录程序连接终端设备与云计算数据中心,获取电力应急信息;利用信息查询程序完成功能模块参数设置,查询电力应急事件;在调度衔接模块下,设计信息融合程序实现多元电力应急信息融合处理,由此完成电力应急指挥调度系统设计。实验结果表明,所提方法响应效率高、信息融合能力高、并发性能好、延时低。When designing an electric power emergency command and dispatch system,current methods suffer from low response efficiency,poor information fusion capability,poor concurrency performance,and high latency.Therefore,a new power emergency command and dispatch system was designed by introducing a multi-dimensional information fusion method,and the hardware and software of the system were optimized.The hardware structure design includes a user login module,resource information module,event warning module,material query module,maintenance and detection module,and scheduling connection module.Six functional modules work in coordination to enhance the integration effect of diversified information in the power industry.The software part connects terminal devices and cloud computing data centers through user login programs to obtain electric power emergency information.Using an information query program to set functional module parameters and query electric power emergency events.Under the scheduling connection module,design an information fusion program to achieve diversified electric power emergency information fusion processing,thereby completing the design of the power emergency command and dispatch system.The experimental results show that the proposed method has high response efficiency,high information fusion ability,good concurrency performance,and low latency.
