摘　　要：人源性肿瘤异种移植(PDX)模型是将患者体内的肿瘤组织移植到免疫缺陷小鼠体内而建立的动物模型。该模型具有保留肿瘤的原始特征、保留肿瘤微环境和肿瘤异质性、与患者的临床反应高度相关等优势,是研究肿瘤转移机制和抗肿瘤转移治疗的理想动物模型。该文探讨了PDX模型在肿瘤转移机制研究中的作用,并对PDX模型在肿瘤转移研究中的应用现状、发展前景及局限性进行综述。Patient-derived xenotransplantation(PDX)model is an animal model established by transplanting patient's tumor tissue into immunodeficient mice.The model has the advantages of preserving the original characteristics of tumor,retaining the tumor microenvironment and tumor heterogeneity,highly correlated with the clinical response of patients.It is an ideal animal model to study the mechanism of tumor metastasis and anti-tumor metastasis treatment.This paper discusses the role of PDX model in the study of tumor metastasis mechanism,and summarizes the application status,development prospects and limitations of PDX model in the study of tumor metastasis.
