摘 要:慢性肾脏病(CKD)是全球主要公共卫生问题之一,早期诊断CKD对控制病情进展至关重要。在生物医学领域,拉曼光谱技术结合机器学习可以分析光谱数据所代表的各种体液成分和组织,在辅助医疗诊断中具有显著优势。拉曼光谱在诊断CKD中具有应用潜力,但其诊断的准确性和临床适用性有待提高,同时需要不断优化算法,制订规范化的诊断策略。未来应开展针对CKD的大规模拉曼光谱筛查研究,以寻找更简单、更高效的CKD筛查方式,推动拉曼光谱在临床的广泛应用。Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is one of the major global public health issues,and early diagnosis is crucial for controlling the disease progression.In the biomedical field,Raman spectroscopy combined with machine learning can analyze various body fluid components and tissues represented by spectral data,which has significant advantages in assisting medical diagnosis.Raman spectroscopy has potential applications in the diagnosis of CKD,but its diagnostic accuracy and clinical applicability need to be improved.At the same time,it is necessary to continuously optimize algorithms and develop standardized diagnostic strategies.In the future,large-scale Raman spectroscopy screening research for CKD should be carried out to find simpler and more efficient ways to screen CKD and promote the widespread application of Raman spectroscopy in the clinical practice.
