保妇康栓联合人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片治疗宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨保妇康栓与人干扰素α2b泡腾片联合用药干预宫颈高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染的临床疗效。方法选取2023年1月—12月于武威市凉州医院就诊的140例宫颈HR-HPV病毒感染患者,依据随机数字表法将140例患者分为试验组和对照组,各70例。评估临床参数包括HR-HPV转阴率、总有效率、临床症状及体征改变、不良事件发生情况。结果与对照组比较,治疗后试验组HPV转阴率、总有效率更高(均P<0.05);试验组在改善患者临床症状方面表现更佳,其中试验组症状、体征总评分及阴部瘙痒评分更低(均P<0.05),阴道分泌物、性交出血、宫颈糜烂样改变、宫颈肥大或息肉评分也低于对照组(P>0.05);试验组的不良反应发生率更少(P<0.05)。结论保妇康栓联合人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片用药可有效促进HPV病毒的清除,使得HPV转阴,改善临床症状及体征,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Baofukang Suppository and Interferonα2b Effervescent Tablets in combination for the intervention of cervical high-risk Human Papillomavirus(HR-HPV)infection.Methods A total of 140 patients with high-risk HPV(HR-HPV)cervical infection who visited Liangzhou Hospital in Wuwei City from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups based on the random number table method:the trial group(treated with Baofuke Suppositories combined with human interferonα2b vaginal effervescent tablets)and the control group(treated with human interferonα2b vaginal effervescent tablets),with 70 cases in each group.Clinical parameters assessed included the clearance of HR-HPV,overall effectiveness,changes in clinical symptoms and signs,and the occurrence of adverse events.Results Compared with the control group,the trial group had a better clearance of HPV and overall effectiveness after treatment(all P<0.05).The trial group showed superior improvement in patients’clinical symptoms,with lower total scores for symptoms and signs,and lower scores for vulvar itching(all P<0.05),and the scores for vaginal discharge,bleeding during sexual intercourse,cervical erosion-like changes,cervical hypertrophy or polyps were also lower than those in the control group(P>0.05).The trial group had fewer adverse reactions(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of Baofukang Suppository and interferonα2b vaginal effervescent tablets can effectively promote the clearance of HPV virus,improve clinical symptoms and signs,and has a higher safety profile.
