摘 要:目的研究在疗养员口腔卫生健康宣教中应用翻转课堂结合团队基础教学法(TBL)模式的效果。方法选取2021年8月至2023年8月火箭军广州特勤疗养中心收治的120名疗养员,经随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,各60名。对照组予以传统的讲授式教学法(LBL)方式进行口腔卫生健康宣教,观察组予以翻转课堂结合TBL模式,比较两组口腔疾病知识掌握的优良率、口腔健康影响程度[口腔健康影响程度量表(OHIP-14)]与满意度。结果观察组口腔疾病知识掌握的优良率为86.67%,高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05)。干预后,两组OHIP-14评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的81.67%(P<0.05)。结论在疗养员口腔卫生健康宣教中采用翻转课堂结合TBL模式可有效提升其对口腔卫生健康知识的掌握情况,还可有效规范口腔健康行为。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of applying the flipped classroom combined with Team-Based Learning(TBL)model in oral health education for convalescents.Methods A total of 120 convalescents admitted to the Guangzhou Special Duty Convalescent Center of the Rocket Force from August 2021 to August 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each consisting of 60 individuals.The control group received traditional lecture-based learning(LBL)for oral health education,while the observation group received a flipped classroom combined with the TBL model.The two groups were compared in terms of the mastery rate of oral disease knowledge,the impact of oral health[Oral Health Impact Profile(OHIP-14)],and satisfaction.Results The mastery rate of oral disease knowledge in the observation group was 86.67%,higher than the control group’s 66.67%(P<0.05).After the intervention,the OHIP-14 scores of both groups increased,with the observation group scoring higher than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate in the observation group was 95.00%,higher than the control group’s 81.67%(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of flipped classroom and TBL model in oral health education can effectively improve the oral health knowledge and regulate their oral health behavior.
