新型牙周药剂治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探析新型牙周药剂治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果。方法选取180例于2022年3月至2024年3月郯城县中医医院口腔科就诊的慢性牙周炎患者,按照随机数字表法分组,各90例。对照组施以常规治疗,观察组则应用新型牙周药剂治疗。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛程度(VAS评分)、牙周指标[牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周袋深度(PPD)]。结果观察组的治疗总有效率是93.56%(86/90),高于对照组的83.33%(75/90)(P<0.05)。治疗3 d、1周、2周和4周后,观察组VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组GI、PLI、PPD水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采取新型牙周药剂的治疗慢性牙周炎可取得理想的效果,可有效控制牙龈的炎症、出血等,减轻疼痛程度。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of a new periodontal medication in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods A total of 180 patients with chronic periodontitis who visited the oral department of Tancheng County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected and divided into a control group(90 cases)and an observation group(90 cases)using the random number table method.The levels of GI,PLI,and PPD in the control group were all higher than those in the observation group.The clinical efficacy,pain levels(VAS),and periodontal indices[gingival index(GI),plaque index(PLI),and periodontal pocket depth(PPD)]were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.56%(86/90),which was higher than that of the control group at 83.33%(75/90)(P<0.05).After 3 days,1 week,2 weeks,and 4 weeks of treatment,the VAS scores of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of GI,PLI,and PPD in the control group were all higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment of chronic periodontitis with the new periodontal medication can achieve satisfactory results,effectively controlling gum inflammation,bleeding,and reducing the level of pain.
