摘　　要：目的:观察柴胡疏肝散联合胶体果胶铋胶囊治疗慢性胃炎肝胃气滞证患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年2月至2024年2月该院收治的120例慢性胃炎肝胃气滞证患者的临床资料,按治疗方案不同分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组采用胶体果胶铋胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合柴胡疏肝散治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分、数字分级评分法(NRS)评分,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的78.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组胃脘痛、胃胀、嗳气和食少等中医证候积分和NRS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:柴胡疏肝散联合胶体果胶铋胶囊治疗慢性胃炎肝胃气滞证患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低中医证候积分和NRS评分,效果优于单纯胶体果胶铋胶囊治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Colloidal bismuth pectin capsules in treatment of chronic gastritis patients with liver and stomach qi stagnation syndrome.Methods:The clinical data of 120 chronic gastritis patients with liver and stomach qi stagnation syndrome admitted to the hospital from February 2021 to February 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment options,they were divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Colloidal bismuth pectin capsules,while the observation group was treated with Chaihu Shugan powder on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,the numerical rating scale(NRS)score before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%,which was significantly higher than 78.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of epigastric pain,gastric distention,belching and eating less and the NRS scores in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Colloidal bismuth pectin capsules in the treatment of the chronic gastritis patients with liver and stomach qi stagnation syndrome can improve the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the TCM syndrome scores and the NRS score.Moreover,it is superior to simple Colloidal bismuth pectin capsules treatment.
