ZnO的绿色合成、表征及光催化性能研究的综合实验设计

摘  要:按照“科研反哺教学”的要求,借鉴CDIO教育理念并结合科研成果设计了一个综合化学实验项目.首先,构思(Conceive)新颖的实验体系:提取梨子中含有的生物活性物质为模板剂绿色合成多功能无机材料ZnO;其次,设计(Design)综合的实验内容:涵盖了从样品的合成到表征分析再到光催化降解亚甲基蓝性能测试等多方面的内容;再次,根据实验内容将实验教学分3次实施(Implement),分别为样品合成4学时、样品表征4学时和样品光催化性能分析4学时;最后,为了提高教学效果,该综合实验项目分课前、课中和课后三个阶段运行(Operate),以此来达成实验项目的知识目标、能力目标和思政目标.According to the requirement of"scientific research feeds teaching",a comprehensive chemical experiment was designed based on CDIO teaching concept and scientific research achievements.Firstly,conceive novel experimental system:multifunctional inorganic material ZnO is synthesized through a green pathway by extracting bioactive substances from pears as the template;Secondly,design comprehensive experimental contents which includes the synthesis,characterization and photocatalytic performance test for degrading methylene blue;thirdly,according to the contents,the teaching of the experiment will be implemented for three times,4 class hours each for sample synthesis,characterization and photocatalytic performance analysis;Finally,in order to improve teaching effect,the comprehensive experiment will be operated in three stages--before class,during class and after class,in order to achieve the knowledge objectives,ability objectives,and ideological and political objectives of the experimental project.
