摘　　要：在对罪犯的改造过程中,中华优秀传统文化教育是一个不可或缺的重要内容。在新世纪的20多年里,监狱进行了有益的探索,取得了一定的成效。对中华优秀传统文化要有理性的认知和宏观的定位。要反对两种错误的倾向。中华优秀传统文化的内容广博,必须加以认真地选取和拣择,经史子集均可成为教学的内容,志于道、据于德、依于仁、游于艺。中华优秀传统文化教育师资的遴选、培训、使用、考核、晋升、待遇、退出机制需要有相关的制度设计。全过程育人,全方位育人,一人一策,一人一案。要使罪犯主动融入,全面提升矫正质量。In the process of reforming criminals,the education of excellent traditional Chinese culture is an indispensable and important content.In the more than twenty years of the new century,prisons have made beneficial explorations and achieved certain results.We need to have a rational understanding and macro positioning of excellent traditional Chinese culture.Oppose two erroneous tendencies.The content of excellent traditional Chinese culture is extensive and must be carefully selected and chosen.The collection of classics and history can be used as teaching content,aiming for the Tao,based on morality,based on benevolence,and guided by art.The selection,training,use,assessment,promotion,treatment,and exit mechanisms for excellent traditional Chinese cultural education teachers need to have relevant institutional designs.Whole process education,allround education,one person,one strategy,one case.Encourage criminals to actively integrate and comprehensively improve the quality of correction.
