摘 要:为进一步优化碳化硅中SiC含量的检测,采用混合酸对外源硅进行预处理,而后直接重量法进行测定,以测得二氧化硅含量换算SiC的含量。方法研究了样品前处理方式、高氯酸用量、脱水次数及滤液回收等影响因素。按照本试验方法测定碳化硅样品中SiC含量,检测结果的相对偏差在-0.26%~0.13%之间,相对标准偏差在0.09%~0.39%之间,测定结果可靠,数据准确,具有良好的重复性和再现性。To further optimize the detection of SiC content in silicon carbide,a mixed acid was used to pretreat the exogenous silicon,and then the silicon dioxide content was directly measured by weight method to convert it into SiC content.The method studied the influencing factors such as sample pretreatment method,dosage of perchloric acid,dehydration frequency,and filtrate recovery.According to the experimental method,the SiC content in silicon carbide samples was determined.The relative deviation of the test results was between-0.26%and 0.13%,and the relative standard deviation was between 0.09%and 0.39%.The test results were reliable,accurate,and had good repeatability and reproducibility.
