摘 要:结直肠癌(CRC)的发病率和致死率均较高,目前亟须寻找CRC新的生物标志物和治疗靶点。环状RNA(circRNA)为CRC的诊断和治疗提供了一种新思路。circRNA失调与CRC密切相关,可通过调节细胞增殖、凋亡、迁移、血管生成和免疫逃逸等过程参与CRC的发展。此外,circRNA还具有良好的稳定性以及在特定组织或发育阶段特异性表达等特点,符合理想临床生物标志物的特征。因此,了解circRNA的功能和作用机制有助于将基础研究转化为临床应用,并促进基于circRNA的新型CRC治疗策略的开发。Colorectal cancer(CRC)has high incidence and mortality rates.Currently,there is an urgent need to search for new biomarkers and therapeutic targets for CRC.Circular RNA(circRNA)offers a novel approach for the diagnosis and treatment of CRC.The dysregulation of circRNA is closely associated with CRC and participates in the progression of CRC by modulating processes such as cell proliferation,apoptosis,migration,angiogenesis,and immune escape.Moreover,circRNA possesses favorable stability and specific expression in particular tissues or developmental stages,thereby conforming to the characteristics of an ideal clinical biomarker.Therefore,understanding of the functions and action mechanisms of circRNA is conducive to translating basic research into clinical applications and facilitating the development of novel CRC treatment strategies based on circRNA.
