摘 要:肝癌作为一种常见的恶性肿瘤,其高度恶性和易转移的特性给治疗带来了巨大挑战。因此,深入探究肝癌侵袭和转移的分子机制具有重要意义。在这一研究领域中,缺氧诱导因子α(HIF-α)作为一个关键调控因子备受关注,其羟基化水平与肝癌的侵袭和转移密切相关。通过研究HIF-α羟基化水平的生物学意义,可以更深入地了解其在肝癌发展过程中的作用机制。本文就HIF-α羟基化在肝癌侵袭和转移中的具体调控机制作一综述,以期为肝癌治疗提供新的思路和策略。Liver cancer,as a common malignant tumor,presents a significant challenge in treatment due to its high malignancy and propensity for metastasis.Therefore,investigating the molecular mechanisms underlying invasion and metastasis of liver cancer is of paramount importance.In this regard,hypoxia-inducible factor α(HIF-α)has emerged as a key regulatory factor,with its hydroxylation level found to be closely associated with the invasion and metastasis of liver cancer.Understanding the biological significance of HIF-α hydroxylation levels can provide deeper insights into its role in the development of liver cancer.This review will focus on regulatory mechanisms of HIF-α hydroxylation in invasion and metastasis of liver cancer,aiming to offer new perspectives and strategies for liver cancer treatment.
