左金丸联合八段锦治疗肝胃郁热型胃食管反流病30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察左金丸联合八段锦治疗肝胃郁热型胃食管反流病的临床疗效。方法:选取60例就诊于铜陵市中医医院脾胃病科的胃食管反流病患者,且中医分型为肝胃郁热型,将其随机分为30例对照组和30例观察组。对照组每日予晨起空腹口服雷贝拉唑治疗;观察组给予中药左金丸口服配合八段锦锻炼治疗。两组患者均治疗8周,分别记录治疗前、第8周时患者的各项数据,包括GERDQ量表积分、中医证候积分、复发率及总有效率。结果:①对照组及观察组分别治疗8周后,与治疗前对比胃食管反流病自测量表(GERDQ量表)积分及中医证候积分,两组均有明显改善(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。②复发率对比:在结束试验后第8周进行随访,对照组复发率为29.62%,观察组复发率为6.89%,观察组低于对照组。③对照组及观察组分别治疗8周后,对比两组总有效率,对照组为90%,观察组为96.67%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:左金丸联合八段锦治疗能够改善肝胃郁热型胃食管反流病患者的临床症状,降低复发率。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zuojin pill combined with Baduanjin in the treatment of hepatogastric depression and fever gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods A total of 60 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease who were admitted to the Department of Spleen and Stomach Diseases of Tongling Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into 30 control group and 30 observation groups.The control group was treated with daily fasting oral rabeprazole in the morning;The observation group was treated with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine Zuojin pill combined with Baduanjin exercise.The patients in both groups were treated for 8 weeks,and the data of the patients before treatment and at the 8th week were recorded,including GERDQ scale scores,TCM pattern scores,recurrence rate and total effective rate.Results①After 8 weeks of treatment in the control group and the observation group,the scores of the GERDQ scale and the TCM syndrome were significantly improved in both groups(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).②Comparison of recurrence rate:Follow-up was conducted at the 8th week after the end of the trial,and the recurrence rate of the control group was 29.62%,and the recurrence rate of the observation group was 6.89%,which was lower than that of the control group.③After 8 weeks of treatment in the control group and the observation group,the total effective rate of the two groups was 90%in the control group and 96.67%in the observation group,which was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zuojin pill combined with Baduanjin treatment can improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate of patients with hepatogastric depression fever gastroesophageal reflux disease.
