摘　　要：针对磁通门传感器在提取磁场信号过程中遇到采集精度低、稳定性差等问题,通过分析磁通门传感器实现磁场信号的调制过程,并根据磁通门有效信号中的偶次谐波分量与被测磁场成正比的关系,提出了一种基于二次谐波法的磁场信号提取方法。采用信号检测电路提取以二次谐波分量为主的磁场电压信号,经过数字相敏整流和平滑滤波算法进一步剔除其他谐波分量,实现对磁场信号的有效提取。通过时序仿真结果验证了相敏整流算法对二次谐波的提取效果,并对基于二次谐波法设计的开环磁通门传感器进行实验。相较于其他类型的磁通门信号检测方法,二次谐波法有效提高了传感器的分辨率、线性度等关键性能,且基于二次谐波法设计的磁通门传感器能够实现对被测磁场信号的检测和有效调制,并表现出较高的磁测水准。Aiming at the problems of low acquisition accuracy and poor stability encountered by fluxgate sensors in the process of extracting magnetic field signals,a magnetic field signal extraction method based on the second harmonic method was proposed by analyzing the modulation process of magnetic field signal by fluxgate sensor and according to the relationship that the even harmonic components in the effective signal of fluxgate are proportional to the measured magnetic field.A signal detection circuit was used to extract the magnetic field voltage signal dominated by the second harmonic component,and other harmonic components were further eliminated by digital phase-sensitive rectification and smoothing filtering algorithms to realize the effective extraction of the magnetic field signal.The extraction effect of the phase-sensitive rectification algorithm on the second harmonic was verified by the timing simulation results,and the open-loop fluxgate sensor designed based on the second harmonic method was experimented.Compared with other types of fluxgate signal detection methods,the second harmonic method effectively improves the key performance of the sensor such as resolution,linearity,etc.,and the fluxgate sensor designed based on the second harmonic method is able to realize the detection of the measured magnetic field signal and effective modulation,and exhibits a high level of magnetic measurement.
