摘 要:拉丁文译介是《诗经》西译的源头。16—18世纪,经由“四书”拉丁文译介,《诗经》诗句得以摘译西传;19世纪,孙璋、晁德蒞与顾赛芬的《诗经》拉丁文译本相继出版,为西方提供了更丰富、完整的《诗经》文本。《诗经》拉丁文译介在中国经典西传和海外汉学发展史上有重要的学术价值。拉丁文译介为其他语种及后世《诗经》翻译提供源本和参考,引发了托马斯·珀西、威廉·琼斯等学者对中国诗歌的兴趣;同时,《诗经》拉丁文译本也为西方汉学研究提供基础文献,促进了西方诗经学的发展。《诗经》拉丁文译介折射出中西异质文明的交流与跨文化对话,对当下中国典籍海外译介传播具有启发意义。Latin translations were the source of Western translations of Shijing.From the 16th to the 18th century,verses from Shijing were excerpted and transmitted to the West through Latin translations of the Four Books.In the 19th century,Latin translations of Shijing by Alexandre de La Charme,Angelo Zottoli,and Séraphin Couvreur were published,providing the West with a richer and more complete version of Shijing.These Latin translations hold significant academic value in the history of the transmission of Chinese classics to the West and in the development of overseas Sinology.They also served as a source and reference for translations into other languages and later versions of Shijing,sparking the interest of scholars such as Thomas Percy and William Jones in Chinese poetry.Additionally,the Latin translations provided foundational documents for the study of Western Sinology and contributed to the development of Shijing studies in the West.The Latin translations of Shijing reflect the exchanges and cross-cultural dialogues between the heterogeneous civilizations of China and the West,offering insights for the contemporary translation and dissemination of Chinese classics overseas.
