摘 要:根据硅氧负极CVD法制备工艺对设备产能、加热功率、驱动功率进行了理论计算,对进/排气结构进行了结构设计,提出了一种硅氧负极CVD回转炉的设计与应用。投产试验表明,本案例设计的CVD回转炉可满足硅氧负极的批量生产,为锂电行业提供了CVD法制备硅氧负极的解决方案。Based on the preparation process of Si/O negative electrode by CVD method, the equipment production capacity, heating power, and driving power were theoretically calculated. The structure of the inlet/outlet was designed. And a design and application of CVD rotary furnace for Si/O negative electrode were proposed. The production test shows that the CVD rotary furnace designed in this case can meet the mass production of Si/O negative electrode, providing a solution for the lithium battery industry to prepare Si/O negative electrode by CVD method.
