摘  要:目的:探究急诊科防范护理风险过程中采用层级管理模式的效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年1月苏州市相城区第二人民医院急诊接诊的76例患者,以随机抽签法分为对照组(常规管理干预)、研究组(层级管理模式干预),各38例。比较两组满意度评分、不良风险事件发生率、管理质量评分。结果:研究组服务态度、沟通技巧、责任心、专业性、整体服务评分高于对照组(P<0.0001);研究组不良风险事件发生率低于对照组(P=0.0417);研究组工作质量、工作能力、综合能力、文书书写、消毒灭菌评分高于对照组(P<0.0001)。结论:层级管理模式在急诊科护理风险防范中的应用效果显著,能够减少不良风险事件发生,提高护理管理质量,患者满意度较高。Objective:To explore the effect of adopting hierarchical management mode in the process of nursing risk prevention in emergency department.Methods:A total of seventy-six patients admitted to the emergency department of Suzhou Xiangcheng District Second People's Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into the control group(conventional management intervention)and the study group(hierarchical management mode intervention)by random drawing method,with thirty-eight cases each.Satisfaction scores,incidence of adverse risk events and management quality scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The service attitude,communication skills,responsibility,professionalism and overall service scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.0001);the incidence of adverse risk events in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.0417);the scores of work quality,work ability,comprehensive ability,writing and sterilization of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.0001).Conclusion:The application of hierarchical management mode in the emergency department nursing risk prevention is remarkable,which can reduce the occurrence of adverse risk events,improve the quality of nursing management,and achieve high patient satisfaction.
