摘 要:目的:探讨可溶性微针联合氨甲环酸治疗炎症后皮肤色素沉着的临床疗效和安全性。方法:采用随机方法将受试者分为可溶性微针联合氨甲环酸治疗组(治疗组)、单用可溶性微针组(对照组1)和超声导入氨甲环酸组(对照组2),每周治疗1次,共治疗4次,通过云镜皮肤检测仪定量计算黑素的数量及面积,综合评估疗效。结果:经组间对比,治疗后治疗组深层色素、表层色素含量及褐色区域面积减少均显著高于对照组1和对照组2。结论:可溶性微针联合氨甲环酸治疗可有效减少深层色素含量,减少褐色区域面积。可溶性微针联合氨甲环酸治疗炎症后色素沉着疗效确切,安全性高,无明显副作用,为治疗皮肤炎症后色素沉着提供新的治疗手段。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of soluble microneedles combined with tranexamic acid in treating post‑inflammatory hyperpigmentation.Methods:The subjects were ran‑domly divided into treatment group,control group 1,and control group 2,and were treated once a week for 4 times.The number and area of melanin were quantitatively calculated by a Cloud mirror skin detector,and the efficacy was comprehensively evaluated.Results:After group comparison,the decrease of deep pigment,shallow pigment content,and brown area was significantly higher than that of control groups 1 and 2.Conclusion:Soluble microneedles combined with tranexamic acid can effec‑tively reduce the deep pigment content and decrease the area of brown area,and it has definite effica‑cy,high safety,and no obvious side effects,providing a new therapeutic method for the treatment of post‑inflammatory hyperpigmentation of the skin.
