摘 要:基于当代修辞学者对于修辞人格理论意义的阐释和内在机制的拓展,加之以网络为媒介的新兴交际方式的普及,构建了具备一定系统性和可操作性的网络修辞人格分析框架。该框架沿袭古典修辞学对于修辞人格三个维度的阐释:实用智慧、美德、善意,同时在每个维度之下分设三个次级要素,最大程度地契合网络交际话语的修辞属性。为直观地展示该框架的实际应用,选取企业在线简介作为个案分析,借助语料库工具Wma-trix对其网络修辞人格建构过程进行剖析。结果表明,以网络修辞人格分析框架为依托,通过Wmatrix对语料分别进行语义赋码、词性分布统计和主题词提取,可以有效地呈现网络主体的修辞人格建构特点。在语料库研究方法的辅助之下,该分析框架将更好地服务网络修辞批评和修辞实践。Given the increasing popularity of online communication,this study proposes a systematic and operable analytical framework of online ethos based on existing interpretations of ethos and its mechanism development.The framework contains three constituents of ethos put forward by classical rhetoric,namely practical wisdom,virtue and good will with three subconstituents attached to each of them,aiming to feature the rhetorical properties of online communication.To demonstrate its applica-tion in online discourse analysis,an online corporate profile is taken as a case study in which the con-struction of online ethos is examined with the assistance of the corpus tool Wmatrix.The results show that under the guidance of the analytical framework,the construction features of the institution's on-line ethos can be examined by following such steps as semantic tagging,part-of-speech tagging and fre-quency listing embedded in Wmatrix.Combined with corpus approaches,the analytical framework of online ethos is expected to facilitate rhetorical criticism and practice of online discourse.
