摘  要:为满足国际海事组织(IMO)日益严格的排放要求,亟需深入研究涂层减阻技术的节能减排效果。将层次分析法和模糊综合评价法引入到涂层减阻技术的节能减排效果评价工作中:首先,制定合理的技术能效评估指标体系;其次,利用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对涂层减阻技术的节能减排效果进行综合评估,其中能效指标相关评价通过船模拖曳试验实现;最后,以20 000 DWT江海直达散货船为例验证该方法的合理性和可行性。结果表明,涂层减阻技术能够有效降低船舶运行阻力和燃油消耗,进而减少CO_(2)及污染气体排放,具有显著的经济效益和环境价值,在船舶节能减排方面具有明显优势。该研究为进一步优化和改进涂层减阻技术提供了重要依据,同时也为其他节能减排技术的评估提供了新思路和新方法,为实现全球节能减排和可持续性发展的目标贡献力量。In order to meet the increasingly stringent emission requirements of the international maritime organization(IMO),it's crucial to conduct in-depth research on the energy-saving and emission-reducing effects of drag-reducing coatings.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are introduced to evaluate the energy efficiency of drag reducing coating technology.Firstly,a technical energy efficiency evaluation index system is established in accordance with regulations,and then the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are combined to comprehensively evaluate the energy saving and emission reduction effects of the technology,where the evaluation in terms of energy efficiency indexes is realized through the ship model towing test.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation method are verified in the case of a 20000 DWT river-sea direct-bulk carrier.Drag-reducing coating technology significantly reduces ship drag and fuel consumption,and offers cutting CO_(2) and other pollutant emissions,and offers significant economic and environmental benefits,with obvious advantages in energy conservation and emission reduction.It provides an important basis for further optimization and improvement of drag reducing coatings and also offers a new idea for the evaluation of innovative energy efficiency technologies that contribute to the global goals of energy saving,emission reduction and sustainable development.
