摘 要:提高船体结构的耐撞性能是开展船舶碰撞研究的主要目之一。一般来说,改善船舶结构耐撞性能主要对传统的船舶加筋板结构进行耐撞性优化设计和采用全新的耐撞结构形式2个途径。为对比耐撞性有效性,采用缩尺模型准静态试验和有限元仿真分析方法,探讨了传统的船舶加筋板结构与帽型加筋结构的在球形撞头作用下的变形模式和吸能能力。结果表明,帽型加筋结构因其破裂前有较好的撞深,可以提供更好的变形吸能能力。进一步针对舷侧结构采用传统的加筋板结构、帽型加筋结构和X型夹层结构等不同设计方案,开展了有限元仿真分析,对比了不同设计方案下的舷侧结构吸能能力。结果表明,帽型加筋结构和X型夹层结构都具有良好的吸能能力,是理想的吸能单元。采用帽型加筋结构对提高舷侧结构的耐撞性是最经济和有效的,采用X型夹层结构可以使得舷侧结构得到更大的耐撞性提升,分别适用于不同船舶的舷侧结构的耐撞性能改进。One of the main objectives of ship collision research is to improve the crashworthiness of the hull structure.In general,there are two main ways to improve the crashworthiness of ship structure,one is to optimize the conventional hull structure design,the other is to adopt a completely new type of crashworthy structure.In order to compare the crashworthiness effectiveness,the scaled model quasi-static tests and finite element simulation analysis methods are used to study the deformation modes and energy absorption capacity of conventional ship stiffened plates and hat-type stiffened plates under spherical impact.It is found that the hat-type stiffened structure can provide better deformation energy absorption capacity due to its larger displacement before fracture.Furthermore,finite element simulation analysis is used to compare the energy absorption capacity of the side structure under different design plans,including traditional stiffened plates,stiffened plates,and X-core sandwich plates.It has been proved that hat-type stiffened plates and X-core sandwich structure have great energy absorbing capability,which is an ideal energy absorbing unit.The application of hat-type stiffened plates is the most economical and effective way to improve the crashworthiness of the side-shell structure.The crashworthiness of the side-shell structure can be greatly improved by using an X-core sandwich plate.The hat-type stiffened plates and X-core sandwich plates are applied to improve the crashworthiness of different side-shell structures.
