摘  要:为解决某大型火电汽轮机高压筒形缸运行过程中出现的上下半缸温差较大,且上半缸温度剧烈波动的问题,开展了筒形缸夹层流动数值模拟分析,研究表明:该筒形缸上半缸温度测点处温度存在波动现象,下半缸温度测点温度相对稳定;筒形缸进排汽结构布置方式是影响筒形缸内上下半缸温度差异较大的因素之一,端轴封泄漏流体流动的不稳定性是引起筒形缸内温度不均匀的重要因素。In order to solve the problem of large temperature difference between the upper and lower cylinder and the drastic temperature fluctuation of the upper cylinder during the operation of high pressure turbine barrel-type cylinder,numerical simulation analysis of the interlayer flow of the barrel-type cylinder is carried out.The results show that the temperature at the temperature measuring point of the upper cylinder fluctuates,while the temperature at the temperature measuring point of the lower cylinder is relatively stable.The arrangement of the inlet and exhaust structure of the cylinder is one of the factors affecting the temperature difference between the upper and lower cylinder,and the instability of the leakage fluid flow of the end shaft seal is an important factor that causes the uneven temperature in the cylinder.
