摘  要:研究班组作业疲劳对船舶曲面分段生产加工的影响,为制订合理的船舶曲面分段车间调度策略提供参考。以最小化最大完工时间为优化目标,提出考虑班组疲劳和加工时间修复的调度模型;在设计曲面分段车间调度算法时对蜣螂优化(DBO)算法进行改进,添加班组编码的破坏与修复机制,并对该算法进行离散化处理。将改进的DBO算法与改进的粒子群算法和改进的遗传算法相对比,验证该调度模型和改进的DBO算法的有效性。结合上海某船厂的实际生产数据,采用改进的DBO算法分析不同疲劳参数下完工时间的变化情况,结果表明,班组疲劳会对生产加工时长产生明显的影响,所以在生产加工时考虑班组疲劳因素的影响,有助于制订更精确的调度策略,提升调度策略的稳定性。The shipbuilding industry is a labor-intensive sector,and ship curved block workshop scheduling is a key part of the shipbuilding process.Researching the impact of crew fatigue on the production and processing of hull curved block helps in formulating reasonable scheduling strategies.Firstly,a scheduling model that considers crew fatigue and processing time recovery is proposed,with the objective of minimizing the maximum completion time.Subsequently,during algorithm design,the dung beetle optimization(DBO)algorithm is improved by introducing a destruction and repair mechanism for crew coding,and the algorithm is discretized.Furthermore,the improved DBO algorithm is compared with improved particle swarm optimization(PSO)and genetic algorithm(GA)to verify the effectiveness of the model and the improved DBO algorithm.Using data from a shipyard in Shanghai,the study analyzes how completion time varies with different fatigue parameters.The results indicate that crew fatigue has a significant impact on production processing time.Therefore,considering the impact of crew fatigue during production processing helps in formulating more precise scheduling strategies and enhancing the stability of these strategies.
