摘 要:为了减少海洋环境下导管架平台振动信号中噪声干扰对于故障诊断的影响,保证海上生产安全,提出一种双通道模型的故障诊断方法。首先,将时间卷积网络(TCN)与门控循环单元(GRU)结合,同步提取振动信号数据特征,解决单个网络特征挖掘深度不足以及串联结构数据丢失问题;然后,利用多头注意力机制为特征重新赋予权重,通过Concatenate函数将双通道网络特征进行融合输出;最后,利用Softmax分类器实现对导管架式海洋平台的故障诊断,结合海试实验模拟的11种工作状态,对所提模型可行性进行验证,并与其他文献中提到的模型进行对比。结果表明,所提模型平均诊断准确率为96.83%,损失率为0.098 1,性能优于其他模型,研究结果为海上平台故障位置监测提供一定参考。In order to reduce the impact of noise interference on fault diagnosis in the vibration signal of jacket platform in marine environment and ensure the safety of offshore production,a fault diagnosis method based on the dual-channel model is proposed.Firstly,the time convolutional network(TCN)is combined with the gated recurrent unit(GRU)to extract the features of vibration signal data synchronously,which solves the problem of insufficient depth of single network feature mining and data loss of series structure.Then,the multi-head attention mechanism is used to re-weight the features,and the dual-channel network features are fused and output by the concatenate function.Finally,the Softmax classifier is used to realize the fault diagnosis of the jacket offshore platform.Combined with the 11 working states simulated by the sea trial experiment,the feasibility of the proposed model is verified and compared with the models mentioned in other literature.The results show that the average diagnostic accuracy of the proposed model is 96.83%and the loss rate is 0.0981,which is better than other models,and provides a certain reference for the fault location monitoring of offshore platforms.
