摘 要:本研究采用非靶向代谢组学技术,分析了从江香猪与长白猪的血清代谢组学差异,以探讨代谢差异对其肉质特性和生理功能的影响.通过主成分分析和正交偏最小二乘法,揭示了两者在代谢物组成上的显著差异,发现遗传背景和饲养条件对代谢活动的影响显著.通过对筛选出的163种差异代谢物的富集分析,发现与长白猪相比从江香猪在脂质代谢(亚油酸代谢和初级胆汁酸生物合成)等关键通路中表现出亚油酸、13-L-过氧化氢亚油酸的上调和3α,7α-二羟基丙烷酸、粪甾烷酸的下调.研究结果可为了解猪肉品质差异提供代谢基础,并为提高猪肉品质和制定精准饲养策略提供科学依据.The study used untargeted metabolomics technology to compare the serum metabolomics differences between Congjiang Xiang(CX)and Landrace(LAN)pigs,aiming to explore the impact of metabolic differences onmeat quality and physiological functions.Principal Component Analysis and Orthogonal Partial Least Squares-Discriminant Analysis revealed significant differences in metabolite composition,indicating a notable influence of genetic background and feeding conditions on metabolic activity.Enrichment analysis of 163 significantly different metabolites showed that compared to LAN,CX exhibited upregulation in key pathways such as lipid metabolism(linoleic acid metabolism and primary bile acid biosynthesis),including linoleic acid and 13-L-hydroperoxy linoleic acid,with downregulation of 3α,7α-dihydroxypropanoic acid and coprostanic acid.These findings provide a metabolic basis for understanding differences in pork quality and offer scientific evidence for improving pork quality and developing precise feeding strategies.
