摘　　要：目的了解男性功能性不射精患者对于性问题的认知与态度、性生活的体验与应对能力,为开展不射精患者性康复提供指导。方法采用目的抽样法,选取2023年9月至12月在南京某三甲医院男科性咨询中心接受性治疗的13例功能性不射精患者作为研究对象。采用现象学研究方法进行半结构式的深入访谈,分析访谈结果。结果受访者的性生活及情感体验可归纳为4个主题:(1)性体验的改变(性高潮困难、性疲倦、性目标改变);(2)性心理的改变(焦虑);(3)应对能力欠缺(性交流缺乏、有效治疗缺乏);(4)生育的困扰(家庭的压力、辅助生殖需求)。结论功能性不射精患者性生活及情感体验相对消极,缺乏性交流,心理、生育压力较大,应对能力欠缺。性治疗师在性咨询工作中应针对患者性问题进行有效的沟通和评估,帮助患者建立良好的亲密关系并及时给予针对性性治疗,以提高其性生活质量。Objective To understand the cognition and attitude towards sexual issues,sexual experience and coping ability of male functional anejaculation patients,and to provide guidance for sexual rehabilitation of anejaculation patients.Methods A total of 13 functional anejaculation patients who received sexual treatment at a male counseling center of a tertiary grade A hospital in Nanjing from September to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects using purposive sampling method.Semi-structured in-depth interviews using phenomenological research methods were used and the interview results were analyzed.Results The sexual life and emotional experiences of the respondents can be summarized into four themes:(1)changes in sexual experience(difficulty in sexual orgasm,sexual fatigue,changes in sexual goals);(2)changes in sexual psychology(anxiety);(3)lack of coping ability(lack of sexual communication and effective treatment);(4)fertility troubles(family pressure,assisted reproductive needs).Conclusions Functional anejaculation patients have relatively negative the sexual life and emotional experience,lack of sexual communication,greater psychological and reproductive pressure,and lack of coping ability.Sex therapists should effectively communicate and evaluate the sexual problems of the patients,help the patients to establish a good intimate relationship and give timely targeted treatment,so as to improve the quality of sexual life.
