摘 要:目的探究18F-FDG PET-MRI和乳腺专用PET在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法收集术前8例经18F-FDG PET-MRI和乳腺专用PET检查的乳腺癌患者的资料,其中4例采用18F-FDG PET-MRI,另4例采用18F-FDG PET-MRI和乳腺专用PET两种检查方式,评估影像学特点,测量病灶的最大摄取量,并与病理结果进行对比。结果8例患者术后病理均证实为乳腺癌,与术前诊断结果一致,其中2例为Ⅳ期,2例为ⅢB期,3例为ⅡB期,1例为ⅠA,原发灶肿瘤最大径平均8.6 cm,乳腺病灶SUVmax值平均为13.05±8.77,腋窝淋巴结SUVmax平均为9.56±8.10。结论18F-FDG PET-MRI可准确显示乳腺肿块及淋巴结的形态、边界、密度及肿瘤摄取情况,乳腺专用PET可精确肿块体积,对乳腺癌的术前评估及治疗方面具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of 18F-FDG PET-MRI and breast-specific PET in breast cancer diagnosis.Methods An analysis was conducted on the preoperative data of eight breast cancer patients who underwent 18F-FDG PET-MRI examinations.Among them,four patients also received breast-specific PET scans preoperatively.The imaging characteristics were assessed,the maximum uptake of the lesions was measured,and these findings were compared with the pathological results.Results The postoperative pathology confirmed breast cancer in all eight patients,consistent with the preoperative diagnosis.Among them,two were StageⅣ,two were StageⅢB,three were StageⅡB,and one was StageⅠA.The average maximum diameter of the primary tumor was 8.6 cm,with an average SUVmax value of 13.05±8.77 for the breast lesions and an average SUVmax value of 9.56±8.10 for the axillary lymph nodes.Conclusions 18F-FDG PET-MRI can accurately show the morphology,boundary,density and tumor uptake of breast masses and lymph nodes,and breast-specific PET can precisely measure the volume of the tumor,demonstrateing signicifant clinical application value for preoperative evaluation and treatment of breast cancer.
