摘　　要：膀胱癌是泌尿系统最常见的肿瘤,发病率高,且晚期或转移性膀胱癌治疗策略少,死亡率高,预后差,故寻找有效的治疗手段对改善其预后至关重要。基于HER2靶向治疗在其他肿瘤类型(如乳腺癌、晚期胃腺癌或胃食管交界腺癌等)中的显著疗效,且有证据表明HER2过表达在膀胱癌中可见并与预后相关,因此HER2靶向治疗在晚期或转移性膀胱癌的治疗中可能会发挥重要作用。文章将围绕膀胱癌的治疗现状、HER2及其信号转导通路、HER2与膀胱癌以及膀胱癌HER2靶向治疗的临床报道4个方面做一综述。Bladder cancer is the most common urinary system tumor,with a high incidence rate.There are limited treatment strategies for advanced or metastatic bladder cancer,leading to high mortality and poor prognosis.Therefore,finding effective treatment options is crucial for improving prognosis.Based on the significant efficacy of HER2-targeted therapy in other tumor types,such as breast cancer,advanced gastric adenocarcinoma,and gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma,and evidence suggesting that HER2 overexpression is present in bladder cancer and is associated with prognosis,HER2-targeted therapy may play an important role in the treatment of advanced or metastatic bladder cancer.This article will provide a review focusing on four aspects:the current treatment landscape of bladder cancer,HER2 and its signaling pathways,HER2 and bladder cancer,and clinical reports on HER2-targeted therapy for bladder cancer.
