短视频助推南疆乡村文化建设的可行性及路径

摘　　要：随着互联网的发展,短视频以其庞大的用户群体和独特的传播形式成为南疆农村地区开展文化润疆工作的重要方式。一方面,南疆农村群众的文化水平和南疆农村公共文化事业、文化服务现状为借助短视频在南疆地区开展文化润疆工作奠定了可行性。另一方面,移动短视频视听结合、强沟通等独特的传播方式有利于深化南疆农村文化润疆工作的实践效果。但是,短视频作为在南疆农村开展文化润疆工作的重要手段,其发挥作用的过程也面临众多挑战。With the development of the Internet,short video has become an important way to carry out cultural work in rural areas of southern Xinjiang with its huge user group and unique form of communication.On the one hand,the cultural level of rural people in southern Xinjiang and the status quo of public cultural undertakings and cultural services in rural areas in southern Xinjiang have laid the feasibility of carrying out cultural embellishment work in southern Xinjiang with the help of short videos.On the other hand,mobile short video audio-visual combi-nation,strong communication and other unique communication methods are conducive to deepening the practical effect of rural culture in southern Xinjiang.However,as an important means to carry out cultural work in rural areas of southern Xinjiang,short video also faces many challenges in the process of playing its role.
