中药注射液联合依达拉奉治疗老年脑梗死的网状Meta分析

摘　　要：目的通过网状Meta分析的方法评价疏血通、丹红注射液、血塞通、血栓通、银杏二萜内酯葡胺和醒脑静等6种中药注射液联合依达拉奉治疗老年脑梗死的安全性和有效性。方法检索中国知网、维普、万方、Cochrane Library、PubMed、Web of Science等数据库搜索此6种中成药联合依达拉奉治疗老年脑梗死的临床随机对照试验。用Review Manager 5.4.1进行传统Meta分析,StataMP 17进行漏斗图绘制,ADDIS1.16.8进行概率排序图绘制。结果最终纳入54篇文献,5407例患者,总有效率方面,疏血通、丹红注射液、血塞通、血栓通、银杏二萜内酯葡胺、醒脑静联合依达拉奉均优于单用依达拉奉,醒脑静联合依达拉奉为最优治疗措施的概率最大;降低NIHSS评分方面,疏血通、丹红注射液、血塞通、血栓通联合依达拉奉优于单用依达拉奉,疏血通联合依达拉奉为最优治疗措施的概率最大;提高ADL评分方面,疏血通、丹红注射液、血塞通、血栓通联合依达拉奉优于单用依达拉奉,疏血通联合依达拉奉为最优治疗措施的概率最大;降低血浆黏度方面,丹红注射液、银杏二萜内酯葡胺、醒脑静联合依达拉奉优于单用依达拉奉,丹红注射液联合依达拉奉为最优治疗措施的概率最大;降低hs-CRP水平方面,疏血通、丹红注射液、血栓通、银杏二萜内酯葡胺联合依达拉奉优于单用依达拉奉,疏血通联合依达拉奉为最优治疗措施的概率最大;降低IL-6水平方面,疏血通、血栓通、银杏二萜内酯葡胺联合依达拉奉优于单用依达拉奉,银杏二萜内酯葡胺联合依达拉奉为最优治疗措施的概率最大;不良反应方面,疏血通联合依达拉奉优于单用依达拉奉,丹红注射液联合依达拉奉为最优治疗措施的概率最大。结论疏血通、丹红注射液、血塞通、血栓通、银杏二萜内酯葡胺及醒脑的中药注射液联合依达拉奉治疗老年脑梗死可发挥协同�Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of six traditional Chinese medicine injections,including Shuxuetong,Danhong Injection,Xuesaitong,Xueshuantong,Ginkgo Biloba Diterpene Lactone,and Xingnaojing,combined with Edaravone in the treatment of senile cerebral infarction by network meta-analysis.Methods Randomized controlled trials of these six traditional Chinese medicine injections combined with Edaravone in the treatment of senile cerebral infarction were searched in CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,Cochrane Library,PubMed,and Web of Science.Review Manager 5.4.1 was used for traditional meta-analysis,StataMP 17 for funnel plot drawing,and ADDIS 1.16.8 for probability ranking diagram drawing.Results A total of 54 articles with 5407 patients were included.In terms of total effective rate,Shuxuetong,Danhong Injection,Xuesaitong,Xueshuantong,Ginkgo Biloba Diterpene Lactone,and Xingnaojing combined with Edaravone were all superior to Edaravone alone,with Xingnaojing combined with Edaravone having the highest probability of being the best treatment option.In reducing NIHSS scores,Shuxuetong,Danhong Injection,Xuesaitong,and Xueshuantong combined with Edaravone were superior to Edaravone alone,with Shuxuetong combined with Edaravone having the highest probability of being the best treatment option.In improving ADL scores,the same treatments were superior to Edaravone alone,with Shuxuetong combined with Edaravone having the highest probability of being the best treatment option.In reducing plasma viscosity,Danhong Injection,Ginkgo Biloba Diterpene Lactone,and Xingnaojing combined with Edaravone were superior to Edaravone alone,with Danhong Injection combined with Edaravone having the highest probability of being the best treatment option.In reducing hs-CRP levels,Shuxuetong,Danhong Injection,Xueshuantong,and Ginkgo Biloba Diterpene Lactone combined with Edaravone were superior to Edaravone alone,with Shuxuetong combined with Edaravone having the highest probability of being the best treatment option.In reducing IL-6 levels,Shu
