摘  要:AIM2炎症体作为炎症反应的启动因子,通过识别外界刺激因素继而激活免疫系统,在近些年来的研究中,其通过激活下游因子胱天蛋白酶-1(caspase-1),继而促进白介素-1β以及白介素-18的分泌和活化,从而调节炎症反应的作用已经得到了证实和广泛的认同。既往对于AIM2炎症体的研究主要集中于信号通路以及细菌及其毒素刺激下的作用机制,随着对其研究的深入,除了细菌感染性疾病,AIM2炎症体介导的炎症反应还被证实在没有细菌等病原体感染的情况下,其同样能够通过炎症反应对疾病的发生及发展进行调控,被认为与多种疾病的发生、发展有着直接关系。现就近年来对AIM2炎症体在脑部、肺部、肝脏等损伤以及肿瘤进展及转归中的作用机制进行回顾,以期能够对后续此类疾病的治疗及预防工作提供新的思路和理论基础。The absent in melanoma 2(AIM2)inflammasome is an initiating factor of inflammatory response that activates the immune system by recognizing external stimuli.In recent years,its role in regulating inflammatory response by activating downstream factor caspase-1 and in turn promoting the secretion and activation of interleukin-1βand interleukin-18 has been confirmed and widely recognized.Previous studies on AIM2 inflammasome mainly focused on the signaling pathway and the mechanism of action stimulated by bacteria and their toxins.With the deepening of their research,in addition to bacterial infectious diseases,AIM2 inflammasome-mediated inflammatory reactions have also been confirmed to influence pathological conditions through inflammatory reactions in the absence of bacterial and other pathogens.This article reviewed the mechanism of action of AIM2 inflammasome in brain,lung,liver and other injuries,as well as tumor progression and prognosis in recent years,in order to provide new ideas and theoretical basis for the treatment and prevention of such diseases in the future.
