数字减影血管造影技术联合介入术治疗急性缺血性脑血管病的临床应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨急性缺血性脑血管病患者采用介入术联合数字减影血管造影技术(DSA)治疗的应用效果。方法 收集160例急性缺血性脑血管病患者,按照随机数字表法分为介入治疗组和药物治疗组,每组80例。两组均给予数字减影血管造影技术检查。药物治疗组给予药物治疗,介入治疗组给予介入术治疗。对比两组造影检查结果、治疗效果及治疗前后的神经功能评分。结果 两组数字减影检查造影结果对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。介入治疗组治疗总有效率95.00%高于药物治疗组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组NIHSS评分均较本组治疗前降低,且介入治疗组NIHSS评分为(12.56±3.25)分,低于对照组的(18.65±3.27)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 数字减影血管造影技术联合介入术治疗,对急性缺血性脑血管病患者具有比较理想的治疗效果和较大的临床推广价值。Objective To explore the application effect of digital subtraction angiography(DSA)combined with interventional therapy on acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods 60 patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease were collected and divided into interventional treatment group and drug treatment group according to random numerical table,with 80 cases in each group.Both groups were given digital subtraction angiography.The drug treatment group was given conventional drug treatment,and the interventional treatment group was treated with interventional therapy.The results of angiography,treatment effect and neurological function scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in results of digital subtraction angiography(P>0.05).The total effective rate of 95.00%in the interventional treatment group was higher than 85.00%in the drug treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and NIHSS score of(12.56±3.25)points in the interventional treatment group was lower than(18.65±3.27)points in the drug treatment group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Digital subtraction angiography combined with interventional therapy has a more ideal therapeutic effect and greater clinical promotion value for patients with acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
