氨磺必利与利培酮治疗晚发性精神分裂症的临床效果对比

摘　　要：目的 对比氨磺必利与利培酮治疗晚发性精神分裂症的临床效果。方法 选取晚发性精神分裂症患者80例,以随机数字表方式将患者分为对照组和观察组,各40例。两组均接受心理治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用利培酮治疗,观察组采用氨磺必利治疗。对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后精神状态及自我效能评分。结果 观察组治疗总有效率97.50%明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分均较本组治疗前降低,一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分均较本组治疗前升高,且观察组PANSS评分(80.72±5.12)分低于对照组的(103.47±6.32)分, GSES评分(31.23±2.33)分高于对照组的(27.14±2.21)分(P<0.05)。结论 晚发性精神分裂症患者采用氨磺必利治疗的效果显著,有利于改善患者精神状态、自我效能,值得临床采纳。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of amisulpride and risperidone in the treatment of late onset schizophrenia.Methods 80 patients with late onset schizophrenia were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to random numerical table,each with 40 cases.Both groups received psychotherapy.On this basis,the control group was treated with risperidone,and the observation group was treated with amisulpride.The clinical efficacy,mental state and self-efficacy scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 97.50%in the observation group was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)was decreased and the score of general self-efficacy scale(GSES)was increased in both groups compared with those before treatment;the scores of PANSS and GSES in the observation group were(80.72±5.12)and(19.23±2.33)points,which were lower than(103.47±6.32)and(27.14±2.21)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of amisulpiride for the treatment of late onset schizophrenia has a significant effect,which is beneficial for improving the patient's mental state,and is worthy of clinical adoption.
