摘　　要：习近平总书记关于战略科学家的重要论述,是在深刻把握马克思主义科技人才思想的基础上,对党一以贯之优待科研人才传统的系统赓续和对新时代国情世情变化的科学因应,充分阐明了新时代战略科学家的界定标准和发现、培养、激励机制,形成了逻辑严密且系统完备的科学体系。这一重要论述具有深厚的价值意蕴:从人才属性看,战略科学家是发挥国际人才竞争比较优势的抓手;从战略特性看,战略科学家是彰显新型举国体制优势的动力;从劳动力本质看,战略科学家是推动新质生产力跃升的关键。General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important remarks on strategic scientists,based on profound understanding of Marxist thought on scientists and technologists,continue the tradition of the Party’s consistent preferential treatment of the talents of scientific research,respond to the changes of national and global conditions in the new era scientifically,fully clarify the definition criteria of strategic scientists and mechanisms of discovery,cultivation,and incentive of strategic scientists in the new era,and form a logically rigorous and systematically complete scientific system.His important remarks have profound value implications.From the perspective of talent attributes,strategic scientists are the gripper to leverage the comparative advantage of international talent competition.From the perspective of strategic characteristics,they are the driving force to demonstrate the advantages of the new system for mobilizing resources nationwide.From the perspective of labor essence,they are the key to driving the rise of new quality productive forces.
