通窍活血汤联合针刺治疗颅内动脉瘤介入栓塞术后头痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察通窍活血汤联合针刺治疗颅内动脉瘤介入栓塞术后头痛的临床疗效。方法:选择符合纳入标准的颅内动脉瘤患者60例,随机分为两组各30例。对照组予西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予通窍活血汤联合针刺治疗,比较两组临床疗效、头痛评分、神经功能评分(nationalInstitute of health stroke scale,NIHSS)、血清指标及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的73.33%(P﹤0.05);治疗后,治疗组头痛评分及NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(P﹤0.05);且治疗组血清指标水平显著低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:通窍活血汤联合针刺治疗颅内动脉瘤介入栓塞术后引起的头痛症状具有良好的临床疗效,可以改善患者神经功能评分、头痛评分、NIHSS评分及血清指标。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction and needling on headache after interventional embolization for intracranial aneurysms.Methods:60 cases of eligible patients with intracranial aneurysms were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,while the treatment group was treated plus with Tongqiao Huoxue decoction and needling on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,headache score,National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),serum indexes and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate of treatment group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 73.33%of control group(P﹤0.05).After treatment,the headache score and NIHSS score of treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group(P﹤0.05);and the level of serum indexes of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction and needling on headache after interventional embolization for intracranial aneurysm is better,which can improve the neurological function,headache score,NIHSS score and serum indexes of patients.
