摘 要:为了探讨二硫化钼固体润滑剂在金属摩擦副中的减摩与抗磨效能,分析了其在不同摩擦条件下的表现。通过超声分散与机械球磨复合工艺制备二硫化钼润滑剂,采用往复式摩擦磨损试验机进行性能测试。实验结果显示,与未添加二硫化钼的基体材料相比,该润滑剂在标准测试条件下将摩擦系数从0.32显著降低至0.085,并将磨损率降低了82%。在高负荷条件下,润滑剂的摩擦系数保持在0.072,且未出现明显的磨损失效现象。二硫化钼润滑剂展现出优异的减摩抗磨性能及较高的热稳定性,具备广阔的工程应用前景。In order to explore the friction reduction and antiwear efficacy of molybdenum disulfide solid lubricants in metal friction substitutes,their performance under different friction conditions was analyzed.The molybdenum disulfide lubricant was prepared by a composite process of ultrasonic dispersion and mechanical ball milling,and its performance was tested by a reciprocating friction and wear tester.The experimental results showed that the lubricant significantly reduced the coefficient of friction from 0.32 to 0.085 and the wear rate by 82%under standard test conditions compared with the matrix material without molybdenum disulfide.At high loads,the coefficient of friction of the lubricant was maintained at 0.072 with no significant wear loss.The molybdenum disulfide lubricant shows excellent anti-friction and anti-wear properties and high thermal stability,and has a broad engineering application prospect.
