摘  要:钢轨铣磨车高速行车过程中,由于马达比例阀电流与速度呈非线性关系,通常存在走行手柄无法进行线性调速的问题。本文针对钢轨铣磨车手柄非线性调速的问题,通过对比例电磁阀的输入电流与走行速度关系的非线性曲线进行分段处理和理论误差计算,使得铣磨车高速走行速度与走行手柄间呈线性关系。仿真与实验结果表明,该手柄实际调速误差在1%以内,满足工程使用要求。During the high-speed operation of the rail milling and grinding car,there is usually a problem that the running handle cannot perform linear speed regulation due to the non-linear relationship between the motor proportional valve current and speed.This article focuses on the problem of nonlinear speed regulation of the handle of the rail milling and grinding car.By segmenting the nonlinear curve of the relationship between the input current of the proportional solenoid valve and the running speed and calculating the theoretical error,a linear relationship is established between the high-speed running speed of the milling and grinding car and the running handle.The simulation and experimental results show that the actual speed control error of the handle is within 1%,which meets the requirements of engineering use.
